Hola. Que estupenda receta!! No hace mucho (1año más o menos) descubrí la raiz de apio y la encuentro deliciosa. Solía utilizar el tallo del apio porque donde vivia no encontraba la raiz, pero desde que la compré la primera vez, la vengo usando mucho en cremas, sopas y hasta rallada en ensalada. Veo que tu la usas a menudo!!👌

I recently discovered your channel and it has been a blessing. You've shown me how incredibly simple making healthy soup can be. I have made several of your blends and made up my own blend based on the veggies I had on hand. It is an efficient way to get a lot of veggies in at one time rather than having to prepare each veggie as a separate dish. I lost 5 lbs. in a week eating soup one or two meals per day. It has been rather cold, gray and wet this winter but soups make you cozy and warm. My deepest appreciation for your inspiration and guidance!

It's a celery root. In uk we call it celeriac

Purée de pommes de terre, évidemment. Pâté chinois : un fond de viande hachée, une couche de maïs en grains et une couche de purée de pommes de terre. Rien n'empêche de gratiner avec un fromage râpé : cheddar, mozzarella ou un autre fromage au choix.

My bf and made an Italian garlic soup a couple of weeks ago, and the only wish we had gotten from someone was that we had added chunks of potato.
