Can you do a short video showing how you use the sunflower molds? And any flower type of mold? Alot of molds are for fondant, and I was wondering if those fondant molds can be used for chocolate, and how they're used.

Hey Pam I have a couple of questions. #1. Does the coconut oil change the flavor of the chocolate? I've never heard of or used coconut oil when I've made chocolates and I've been making chocolates for over 30 years! I normally and very carefully use a double boiler when making chocolates. #2. Also, does using the coconut oil make it easier to get the chocolate out of the squeeze bottles? I used to use squeeze bottles like you do, but I found that it was extremely hard getting the chocolate out especially when the chocolate would hardened back up!!

Choqlit go to Amazon and put in Oreo Chocolate Cookie Mold and they will pop up. There is one where 3 come in the pack for less than $10. It can also be used to make soap so you will read something like that in the description also.

Hi, I love all your videos but excuse my question. First of all I don't know too much English so I will try to explain my curiosity. The area where you work these candies either with strawberries, it's an air conditioned room? I live in Puerto Rico which is a tropical island and the temperature don't help to manage the chocolate. May I use an electrical fan to work with or you don't recommend it.
