My mom still has a couple of these left that she made in the 80's!!! They bring back so many memories from my childhood. She found the egg mold, and we're going to make some new ones!

These sugar eggs take me back to my childhood yrs when we made these in home economics class. We use to make them for Easter. They were so cute! Great video!

Just for decor ? Or do you eat them ?
@moochielarsen29365 жыл бұрын
We were never permitted to eat them, but since it is baked you can. It is the same recipe used for sugar skulls and people eat those.

TYFS!! Did you use extra-fine sugar or regular sugar? Thank you, am going to attempt a couple of these for grandkids Easter this year.
@marybethchristie85303 жыл бұрын
I make these. You can use regular sugar
@marybethchristie85303 жыл бұрын
You can add a few drops of food coloring to the sugar to get colored eggs

I tried these today, and couldn't get the sugared eggs to release from the molds! I'm using large plastic Easter eggs. What am I doing wrong?
