Wow! Many thanks for this video. I saw an episode on HGTV today where this art form was displayed as is normally - but what really was interesting to me is that some of the very intricate pieces were framed and hung on a wall in the home being renovated. Very Beautiful! Now I want to try to recreate something similar for a wall in my home. With the help of your excellent video .....I believe I can come up with a great design. Wish me luck!!

Oooh Mario, I bet ur Mom loved ur Papel Picado!. I am making one in 1:12 scale for my miniature Mexican Cantina diorama which will include an Altarcito display w/ Ofrindas. I found ur vid 1st on Grace Museum website. Watched ur vid- switched to KZbin, tracked ur tutorial down so I could enlarge it, & paused & started it a bunch of times to learn. I began w/ 8"x8". Now that I learned - I'm ready to try my teeny tiny 1:12 scale version. Would send u a pic, but not sure where to send. Thanks for walking us slowly & diligently thru this. Do u have other classes? I'd love🧡to learn to make paper Flor de Muertos for my diorama too. Thanks & u need to wear white linen all the time- suits u well ! 🙂(wish me Blessings on my teeny Papel Pacado attempts).
