Is that beater made of stainless steel?
@thequixotryworkshop24242 жыл бұрын
Hi. Yes it is mostly made of stainlesssteel. Some of the mechanics underneath and the main bearing blocks are of thick aluminum. But those parts does not come in contact with the water.

Option 2 , I would like to use a disiel engine to run the machine

How kilograms per batch and what's the duration of running the machine
@thequixotryworkshop24242 жыл бұрын
Hi Agrippa. I don’t know that, however you can keep on adding untill the mix looks saturated but still runny. It must not be so stiff that it can’t circulate. Then run the machine for an hour, check if you like the results of the mix ( do a small test paper) and if not run it for another hour. Do this until you are satisfied. Document the amounts you add and work out a recipe for yourself for the next time. It depends on what you add. Pieces of fabric ( cotton) will take longer.
