To cut the long story short, just keep in mind that in hand salary shd not be below 80-85 percent of CTC. Negotiate only on the In hand salary.

Informative but you have not taken into consideration other perks and allowances like car allowance, petrol allowance, conveyance allowance, driver allowance, Mainenance allowance, Mobile allowance, Special allowance, Medical allowance, Performance by Objectives etc and LTA. Its very important in CTC calculation which is normal part of very senior professionals to the level of GM, VP, COO, CEO etc. Trust you agree.Regards,

Jbki Gratuity to 5 year k baad hi pay hota hai to usko kese cost to the Company me dikha skte hai. Same Bonus k sath bhi Bonus ka calculation financial year complete hone k baad. Company ko gross profit ka 60-69% allocate krna padta hai. Bonus bhi range me di jati hai hai 8.33% to 20% of Basic Salary. To in dono ko kyu organisation CTC me include krti hai. Please provide the suitable answer for it.

PT is not applicable on 1.2 lpa. So calculation in not correct for low salary. For higher salary PF criteria is also different as per case. So not correct in that case as well. Dont post those videos which are not correct and u are saying ppl can take decision on that basis at the time of interview. So it is requesting ask to hr for ctc breakup and decide accordingly.

Given example is of very low salery Income tax bhi katra h Aj kal sunta ho fourty lac and above salery in software companies what is cash in hand in that case One is my problem is that I have joined a construction company in March 1995, my company was a jointventure company, the construction and other maintenance work was done by the other company and also PF and Pention fund was deducted by other company on there employed, in the company I was worked is only four employees so company was not the PF member, In my case me salery was debited to the common account (site expenses) and born by both companies, Now in the year 2006 no. Of employees increase in over companies and company becomes the PF member and in 2014 I have completed the 58 years of my age(my pention was deducted for eight years only up to 2014) the company retired me due to covid19 in 15th July 2020 and deposited me FP up to 15th July 2020,now how I con get the pention in my old age of life.

Hello sir , I have a basic salary around 73,000 rs , my company is deducting 12% of 73,000 rs , that is around 8723 rs per month as an employee contribution + 8723 rs as employer contribution, 17446 rs is deducting into pf contribution. Is it possible to limit my pf contribution to fixed PF contribution that is 1800 rs per month or 15,000 rs per year irrespective of my basic salary. If yes please tell me the process

They can revise the CTC and reduce it from the previous one..in this case, most of the employers don't change the basic salary and reduce it from other components.. but in this pandemic time, everyone has a valid reason even to reduce to basic salary
