NOW THIS IS HELPFUL! 🤩 I make peanut brittle most years at Christmas but it's very laborious and I get tired and don't want to do it. We just got a microwave ( we live off grid) so we have to conserve power, but this is very doable. Thanks for putting this version out.

If you warm and butter your baking sheet, the briitle becomes thinner and easier to spread out because of the heat. Pop it in the oven on warm, while you prepare the brittle.

Yes in my traditional/old fashioned peanut brittle video I show the use of a buttered pan :) I also mention buttering the pan in this video as an option. Great idea about warming the pan! But it still spreads pretty easy like this.

If you live in the uk you can use golden syrup instead of corn syrup. I know coz i looked it up lol.
