You guys are the bomb . Since I found your channel I have cooked three Jamaican dishes for my wife who is from Jamaica. I cook ackee and saltfish I cook curry chicken and the Jamaican steamed cabbage. So I'm going to add the pepper steak to that list. Try mix 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil and white egg to the meat only. New texture to the meat.

It’s a brand that we have often in Philly area. Imusa is a Latino and Caribbean brand. I sometimes see the same pots in our local stores like shop rite, savalot and local Walmart. Imusa is the brand and it’s how we make our rices and stews in Latin cultures. Well we use it for everything even to fry in. It’s about 28$ for 3 pots.
