I typed this up so I could add it to my recipe app. 1 lb flank steak 1 onion 1 Bell pepper 2 TB flour 1 packet brown gravy mix 2 TB butter 2 cups beef stock Browning sauce Garlic powder Parsley flakes Black pepper 1. Melt 1 TB butter over high heat. 2. Cook onions and peppers until translucent. Remove. 3. Season meat with black pepper. Add 1 TB butter to pan and brown meat. Do not cook completely. 4. Sprinkle flour over meat and cook until raw flour aroma is gone. 5. Add stock a little at a time, stirring constantly. 6. Stir in brown gravy mix. 7. Add a couple drops of browning sauce (this is mostly for color). 8. Add garlic powder and parsley to taste. 9. Return onions and peppers to pan. 10. Cook until gravy is thick and bubbly and veggies are crisp-tender.

The good thing about macks cooking is he makes great dishes with ingredients you can get off the shelf and makes it look easy and not complicated. To me thats what makes a great cook. keep it simple and not all sorts of ingredients you can not find and the cooking is done with one pot dish, basically makes dishes with ingredients we all have in common in our pantry. I went out but all the ingredients and made this last night and it turned out extremely well the only thing I didn't get though was that Browning Sauce to make the sauce darker. It was an amazing recipe and let me tell you I was able to do this while following him because he really Paces himself in the video so it was easy to follow everyone loved it and I even got some for my lunch today
