Perfect timing! Just bought 3 containers of cream cheese as well as some butter and milk, so I will make this recipe this week. I have frozen strawberries that are so good defrosted and seem as if they'll pair with this very well! Also bought heavy cream to make vanilla ice cream! Thank you!

I have always used powdered sugar, not gran sugar, in my butter cake. Have you tried that?
