How to make Phiti-Traditonal Hunza bread- Taste of Hunza

Ingredients:
4 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of warm-milk
1/3 cup of warm-vegetable oil
1/3 cup of water
2 beaten eggs
Recipe:
First add flour, yeast, salt in a bowl and mix them. Then add 1/3 cup of oil, 2 eggs and 1 cup of milk and almost 1/3 cup of water and mix. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. When the dough is ready cover it with cling film and let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size. Roll and shape the dough and place it in the baking tray, coat it with a egg yolk and milk mixture and garnish it with sesame seeds. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes on 170°C, and place the baking tray in the middle shelf of the oven. Bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
