Get a tig gas cup . Let it cool down and post flow . Your cooking the hell out the stainless,get a dual flow regulator , aluminum foil and backpurge.. I bet its sugaring on the inside . Prone to cracks ..

Great job looks great! 👏 you may want to consider back purging not only does it make the welds look nice inside and out but it will also prevent your welds from caving in and blowing out while laying down your beads, and you won't have to pack in a larger amount of filler rod. In most cases you could even do it without filler as well. Great job thought keep it up

good tip when you are welding pie cuts, dont weld the last cut until the pipe is finished, it will warp to much to get a perfect fit.

Bro i apreciate your work, i`m a tig welder too. I can give you an advice for your weldings. If you want to make your welds looking good try to use at least nr 12 cup with gas lens and you will see a huge improvement. Good luck !!

If you want your welds to be more Colorful and in general have better welds and better puddle controll, switch to a stubby gas lens kit and get your hands on a MFurick cup. It makes a very big difference compared to the Standard cups.

Wear gloves and safety glasses when wire wheeling. Those wires will and do fly out as it wears out. They'll stick in your clothes, they'll stick in your eyes. A pair of leather gloves will save your hand from road rash when it catches and pulls your hand into the wheel.

Don't ever use the wire wheel with bare hands!...leather gloves and safety glasses are 100% mandatory. Even still you should hold the parts with pliers. If you hand gets pulled into the wheel it will burn through flesh pretty much instantly....I assume you were wearing safety glasses, but I'll mention it anyhow for you and anyone reading this. Those wheels often lose wires as you use them and the chances are 100% you will get a wire through your eye if you use the wheel without safety glasses.....TO BE CLEAR, I am am not speaking theoretically. I have seen first hand what happens when the wire wheel comes into contact with flesh, I have also seen people go to hospital with wires from the wheel in their eye.

PABLO THE UP PIPE IS LOOKING GOOD JUST TAKE YOUR TIME AND WELD SLOWER FOCUS ON NOT DIPPING AN DAB THE FILLER NICE AN EASY IT WILL DIME UP BETTER AND HONESTLY I THINK YOU SHOULD RUN THE EXHAUST UNDER THE AMAZING MANIFOLD AND BACK UP THREW THE ORIGINAL HOOD EXIT AND IT WILL LOOK SO INSANE AND HAVE BETTER FLOW ALSO YOU CAN BACK PURGE WITH YOUR SETUP JUST USE A LONG VACUUM HOSE AND STUFF TIN FOIL IN THE PIPE HOOK THE LINE TO YOUR TANK AND PUMP IT IN THE PIPE YOU GOT THIS JUST SEND IT PAPI
