Just came back from a southern bbq restaurant in GA and ate some pig feet there that they had at the buffet. Place was called Ole Time Country Buffet & BBQ and stopped by to eat on my way back down to FL. Was driving from VA to FL where I live. But was up in VA visiting my mom. Anyways . . The pig feet I had at the restaurant was delicious!!!! And wanted to go on youtube to check out videos on some ways to make it. And after a few that I watched, I liked your video the best and will try to make this!!! Thank you!! Can’t wait!

Finally someone can actually cook pigs feet just like they're supposed to....because ppl putting chicken base in pigs feet with all thise unnecessary seasonings....take away from the flavor if they want chicken feet they should use a chicken base.....job well done ma'am ...hats off to u ma'am.....i love it....

Vinegar cuts out impurities so it is always a good idea to wash or soak meat with vinegar.

I cook 4 packs this weekend. I do mine a lil different. For one. I don't like them to cook that much. I like to identify them at 🐖 feet after they cook. Cook them to long and you've got a pot of minced meat.

I'm gonna hold off on eating pig's feet for a while because I got a bad case of food poisoning last year. I bought some pig's feet from a grocery store, but they were stocked with the cured/smoked meats. The pig's feet were fresh, not cured or frozen. I washed them and thoroughly boiled them as I always do, until the meat fell of the bone. Needless to say, I got sick as a damn dog. I had diarrhea for two weeks.
