Noting what you did differently to another pineapple curry video I saw. > Added points for setting the not-quite-done scramble aside off heat and using coconut oil to tie the pineapple and curry powder together > Minus points for not blending your own fresh curry spices. Overall, an excellent rendition, but this is definitely one of those dishes that anyone would need to workshop before it can ascend to the stratosphere of foodgasm-inducing deliciousness.

That fried rice is LEGIT! That's how fried rice should look! You have no idea how many recipes I've seen from people who try to cook fried rice, and it looks like a mess. Oily, clumpy, broken rice, you name it. So glad to see the legit way of cooking it!

The video is old but I finished making this dish not too long ago for dinner. This was pretty easy to make. The only part that was semi hard was hollowing out the pineapple without ruining it. I didn't have soy sauce so I used okonomiyaki sauce instead as a substitute. I also added chicken to add extra protein. I overstuffed the pineapple with the rice so to keep it all in, I wrapped it in aluminum foil and then baked it. There was still some leftover in the pot. So i could tell the difference between baking and not baking and both are good. If you guys dont have a wok or big enough frying pan, then you can use a dutch oven too or a pot you boil pasta in. Anyway, thanks Jimmy and Ashley for making this. I will make again in the future.

Heyo! Love this show. My friend told me about it and I had to come see. If you're into it, there's a food manga called Kitchen Princess and they even give you the recipes for the food found throughout the story in the back of each book. Just thought that would be a cool thing to look at that you might enjoy as well as put here on your channel. I honestly dont know very many people who know of it but the food there looks really good and I absolutely love Food Wars food as well, that's kinda why I'm recommending this manga and everything there.
