I'm taking it....and I'll be making it, too! I may not be brave enough to tackle a fresh coconut. My heart was in my throat the whole time Deddy was working that big blade for the "huksing". I'll go coconut milk and pre-shredded in a bag but f'sure I'll get hold of fresh pineapple. And....I'll be using some of those deep-secret tips to bring it all together. Many, many thanks!

That's starch coming off rice when you wash it. White rice has been through so many processes to get it to white rice there is no dirt left in it. I fell in love with this type of rice in the Bahamas.

This rice seems to be fabulous but for me with my coconut allergies unable to make it. Wanted to do so because of the turmeric and pineapple. What a bummer for me. May others enjoy to the highest!!
