Is that 200c for gas ovens and 180c electric or is it 200c for both?

followed it perfectly and they came out starchy and hardly like the videos end result and idk what i did wrong Edit: don’t follow this recipe, I’d recommend trying to just make pizza dough and then make dough balls from there
