Make Pizzeria Pizza at Home with Lori! 🍕✨
In this video, Lori from Superdelícia will teach you how to prepare a delicious pizza, as good as those from a pizzeria, right in your kitchen. Grab your apron, and let's embark on this culinary journey together!
Ingredients for the Dough:
680g of type "00" wheat flour
4g of dry yeast
15g of salt
30g of sugar
485g of water (room temperature to warm)
50g of olive oil
Dough Preparation:
Mix the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
Gradually add the water and knead well.
Finish by incorporating the olive oil.
Let it rest for 20 minutes, fold the dough three times, and let it rise.
Refrigerate for 20 to 24 hours.
Ingredients for the Sauce:
4 seedless tomatoes
1 teaspoon of sugar
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 clove of garlic
10 fresh basil leaves
Pepper to taste
A drizzle of olive oil
Sauce Preparation:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Assembly and Baking:
Divide the dough to make medium or large pizzas.
Roll out the dough, leaving a 2 cm edge.
Spread the sauce and pre-bake for 5 minutes.
Add buffalo mozzarella and bake for another 10 minutes.
Finish with fresh basil.
Done! Your homemade pizzeria-style pizza is perfect to be served.
