Hi! Is the thermal insulation hose really necessary? Any alternative in the absence of thermal insulation hose? Thanks.

You can use with out thermal installation hose but you should careful with you are sealing the plastic with out thermal insulation sir because when the tin get hot. The plastic will melt so easily and it may burn the plastic and it will melt and stick to the hot tin.

That's super cool. Good job. Ok so is this your prototype or is this something you have made before.? I would love to do this but have it smaller. More hand held. Use a USB cable instead of a 12v to go in to the wall.

I already made one before sir. You can use aluminium foil but make your that you with use guild to make sure that the thin aluminium will not break or cut we it was connected to high amps adaptor.

I used cardboard or paper to make sure that the sealed is level and the plastic was melted eaqual. I can use a peac of rubber also

I used 2amps 12volts adaptor but you can use computer power supply and a switch. You can use tin or nichrome wire also
