@@riliena these poffertjes where baked a bit to short. they need to be a bit darker. and the traditional dutch way is to eat it with powdered sugar and rreal butter. Though i've haid them with cherries and ise cream. or strawberries and whipped cream. i bet you can think of a gazzilion ways.

per the video, first pour - 90 seconds (1 1/2 minutes) , then flip and bake 30-40 secs (1/2 a minute) . It's very fast. These are prone to burning if you don't pay attention, so make sure you have zero distractions. Also the wooden skewer method of turning is a great idea as won't damage the little pancake when you try to flip it. The key with the skewer is to poke all the way through to the bottom before flipping. If you flip too early, the pancake will be a mess, so it has to be easy to flip and nicely browned. Usually by the time you get through pouring the batter on, you can slowly start flipping where you started. If you are slow to pour, you will need to be quick to flip the first ones.

Till their gold on the bottom and the bubbles form on the top. But i moslty flip them before that so that it gets fluffier :3

I am Dutch. A lot of Dutch people have a poffertjes pan that we put on the stove. So temperature isn't really important, because we have no idea. Look up poffertjespan and you'll see.

Called a poffertjes pan. A pan with holes, made from cast iron if im correct.

I have a cast iron pan, but it work better on gas stoves. Doesn't work great on my glass cook top. Buy an electric one.
