I would like to say thanks. I’m not known for being girly. I never wear makeup. And I have no style other than home comfy. After learning about my disorders “manic bipolar and borderline personality disorder” I have come to realize why I am this way. It’s time to change and I’ve been researching and window shopping like a champ. But I don’t know what all that stuff is and or how to apply it and I am so thankful that you took it strait down to the natural you and showed while explaining how to do this. I will be your grass hopper!!!

Heba Jaffeli if you are prone to ance I'd try to not do this to often or make sure you don't have your make up on for to long. I'd say if you did this for your every day make up make sure you have a very gentle face scrub to make sure you get the product out of your pores. I say gentle cause if you use to hard of a scrub face cleaner every day it could start to bother your skin. :)

Ok so in simple words: I'm to press every product INTO my pores ...? I mean yes, then they are not that obvious but if I press all those products into my pores they will just get bigger - not even mentioned the problem how to get all that stuff out again (completely). Seems rather contra productive to me :(

rachelle NBHD I have cystic acne and flaky skin too. I find that washing my face with cold water after cleansing (with warm water) will close pores and skin is less inflamed. As for make up, I only use loose mineral power, applied with a brush. It doesn't make the flaky bits so noticeable :)

i have huge pores + dry skin, a rarer combo. products that have helped me minimise my pores without makeup: innisfree's green tea seed cream and also and especially the serum from the same line. more recently the pixi glow tonic. that shit is INCREDIBLE for texture and really makes my pores look much smaller. also makes my skin glowier and more even toned and smooth as hell. all you can ask for in a product.

Sara Faraj I was asking about shrinking large pores rather than getting rid of them. in fact, a derma roller is one way that does a great job in minimizing larger pores. covering them up will only worsen the situation with time.

Won't that clog your pores?
@michellelufrano50846 жыл бұрын
Same exact thing I was thinking... That by pressing the products into your skin you're going to clog your pores up. I use good skin products Clinque, Bare Minerals, Peter Thoma's Roth and sometimes Dr.Denise... And no matter what product I use (tho they say won't clog pores) I always feel like my pores get clogged up again...like a never ending cycle...if I deliberately pressed products into my skin I think it would be much worse when I took the makeup off.
@nadined16906 жыл бұрын
The Lancôme pore minimizer is used first before all the powders and foundation. It probably uses some sort of skin technology to try to make sure they aren’t clogged? I don’t actually know but I’m only guessing since it’s a pore minimizer 😅😂😂😂
