I just made this and it is truth. Beef melting im mouth like butter. True foodgasim!😋The only thing I did a lil different is add a lil BBQ sauce to the beef stock, I love smoky flavors! Whooops I almost forgot, I also added green and red bell peppers. YUMMY!!!!😋

I like to use Lipton's onion soup in my roast. It makes an amazing gravy. I also make slits in the roast and put small slices of garlic in them. Yours looks so delicious.

After yrs of cooking the veggies with the meat,I started cooking them separate. With the meat, I do garlic, celery, onions and mushrooms. I boil the carrots and add butter,salt pepper,sugar and cinnamon 😊weird, I know. The potatoes,I mash with hella butter,sour cream and garlic powder. Not that anyone cares, I just wanted to share you can still use the same ingredients switch it up and it still be good😋

I’m going to adjust this for the pressure cooker. I make a similar roast but the wine and tomato paste, and celery will be different. Make gravy different but gonna try this way

@Brookelyn Wallace I can tell you as a cook myself that this is a melt in your mouth pot roast. Definitely you should give it a try. I make mine very similar but as another way of doing it completely I’ll be doing his version for my video because I already know it’s tender and juice. Good luck.
