Finally! Someone that uses honey glaze on their quesitos! My father in law has a bakery in p.r and uses the honey glaze on their quesitos but they shape them different! Like a hotdog fold!

Yes! Thats what i said! Everyone uses karo syrup! But nooo! Its not like that! Their recipe is on point! Almost all of their recipes are good!

Sorry that you feel that this is cheap filling. How much more filling would you recommend adding? I feel that these had a lot more than most of the quesitos that I’ve bought en la panaderías en PR.

That's true Jeff! They don't fill it end to end and I honestly think that filled with too much, would be a little exaggerated in ratio. Just my two cents here 🤗😋😁

I’m sorry that you feel that this is not Puerto Rican. I would really encourage you to share your recipe with us so we can try it but all we can say is that these taste very similar to all the quesitos that we’ve had in Puerto Rico.
