What is the semi transparent film like paper you are putting behind the cut panels to make this look more like a lantern and not be able to see the light string or candle in the middle?

I bought this file. Tried to cut out on cricut but pattern was too big. Am I supposed to resize, and if so, what should I reduce it to?
