madam dodi yum! You you could use oat flour in these pancakes (that would be really good!) - just blend your oats up first to make oat flour 👍

Wow, these look so yum! Could I make them without the banana as my husband hates bananas and can taste them even when I try to hide them in a recipe? Will be giving these a go this weekend anyway!

Cheryl Hardy yeah, I'd say they would still work fine without the banana...the banana is really just in there for sweetness

Mari Van dyk you sure can...however you will need to use less, like 1/2 cup as it absorbs a lot more liquid than standard flour
