Its actually both faster and easier to just spawn a round cube and go in to sculpt mode and go to symmetry and add a radial symmetry. So for example if you want a total amount of like 10 creases around the whole pumpkin then set Radial Z to 10 then you can use the crease brushand just make 1 crease and it will automatically repeat it all around the pumpkin so you have 10 creases

This was actually the first ever blender tutorial where I was able to do every single step with no hickups, malfunctions, hardware support issues, crashes, or anything Blender usually does. I'm no expert, 3D is kinda like an emergency solution for me, if I don't find good stock photos to work with, but I do it more and more often, and there's always at least a couple of steps I've no other choice but skip because of something's not working, or the function that has been talked about in the video is just not there, even tough, I refresh the programe regularly, and it's definitelly not a third party stuff. I honestly don't know why is that, but I'm very happy, that this time, everything worked well, just as You said. Thank you for that, Mr! Keep up the good work!

Yes, in sculpt mode you can only sculpt vertices, because vertices make up any mesh object. So make sure your object is very high detail, so you have lots of geometry to work with.

don't understand why you added a denoise node instead of just set your denoiser in the render tab at right. ? Nice idea using the topology and scaling to get the ribbing.

@TruthSurge Жыл бұрын
@@RyanKingArt Well, I use optix (my GPU) to denoise during real render (i don't denoise my viewport at all for speed). Using the GPU for denoise instead of openimage made it way faster during the denoise phase so I wonder which denoising option the node uses. ? Well, I'm happy with my setup so I guess I'll keep using the optix setting in the side panel. thx for the tuts!!
