I love how you break a recipe down and make it simple!! It looks delicious!! I have fond memories of this dish in my youth. My mother used to make it for holidays and special events, one in particular was an annual religious celebration we have called Sultan Makhdogh ( surtur mathough). Anyway, every year we had a potluck dinner in a big hall called Nadi Araden( the village where I am from). Although it doesn’t exist anymore, Everyone would bring different dishes like dolma, quzi, biryani, Kuba etc. etc.. It was a big celebration all night of food and partying. Thank you again! I’m going to make this dish soon. Basimta Raba!!
