Good tutorial! Modal interchange is the term for borrowing chords from the parallel key, usually the minor key. Plenty of chords are built on natural, melodic and harmonic minor scales so being in a major key context, this concept offers a lot of opportunities.

The Chords & Progression are pretty standard for RnB in America. Don't forget RnB IS our genre after all, and most of its prime has already passed with many of them featuring these kinds of chords. I think the only real difference for "Korean" RnB is that it seems very quirky with an 80's Synth Pop touch. Which is nice actually but takes away the soul that's usually associated with RnB.
