Nice project using easily recycled parts.Only issue is in case the resistor fails one has to redo the tips Modifying the tip with screwable resistor tip will ensure easier replacement with spare tip.

🙌Using resistor as heating element. Heat increases resistance and linits the current, i am thinking about life of the reistor.

I suggest making a lot of resistor/copper wire tip and adding screwable terminal connector for the resistor(solder tip). The resistor will not last long.

Battery: The high current draw (approximately 2.47A) will rapidly discharge and potentially damage the battery, shortening its lifespan. Soldering Iron Quality: The setup will not work effectively as a soldering iron because the resistor cannot handle the power, leading to poor performance and quick failure. In Short: The resistor will fail almost immediately, the battery will degrade rapidly, and the soldering iron will be unreliable and ineffective.

Take any old good sound two in one or similar and add bluetooth board or module through aux it costs only 100 rs,u get very good performance,if u make total set it costs more and the sound quality will not b that great
