What happens when your bread (when still as dough doesn’t rise very much?) Can you still put it in the oven? (It’s been a few hours now and mine didn’t rise up to the top at all? I followed all the steps

This happened to me with other breads, but maybe it can help you, when the temperature or air humidity is too low the dough doesn't rise well. To counter it put the dough inside a closed place like an oven that is off or microwave and put a cup with heated water near it for a few hours.

Wow this is a very informative video... I think maybe you should have had camera shots from the top so you could see the utensils as well as Ngatariti...otherwise excellent...you only going to get better
