How to Make Ribbon Trimmed Tutu Skirt: DIY Tutu Skirt

HI guys I have another special DIY Tutu tutorial. So cute and would make a lovely present for a little princess. What makes this tutu skirt special is that it is made out of fluffy romantic tulle material trimmed with ribbon. This skirt is perfect for celebrating birthdays or as a flower girl dress. It's what dress up dreams are made of!

Hi yes. Just measure the waist for the child. Make sure you cut the elastic two inches shorter than waist. Measure how long you want the skirt to be and cut double the length for the tulle strips. I actually make a sell tutus. Have a look at my website www.bettytomyboo.co.uk x

you will get from baby's shop, its initially head band for baby. for a younger girl, u can buy more and join them together.

Jessica Hontz Hi waist is 20 inches so cute elastic 18 inches. You cut the tulle twice the desired length of skirt. Cut 6 inches ribbon pieces. Hope this helps.
