@@slow.natural-life I am from Hong Kong and I just used the ricr flour from Japan :p It is not difficult to obtain rice flour in Hong Kong since we have quite a lot of Japanese Supermarkets (e.g. AEON, MUJI, CITYSUPER ..etc)

Mizuhochikara rice flour in Italy is unobtainable. Can i replace it with sushi rice flour (koshihikari)?

It is better to use a little less material. I can't give you a definite answer because I haven't tried it, but you might try increasing the baking time by 10 minutes. I think it depends on the habits of your oven, so adjust accordingly.

They will taste great until the next day. After that, cut and wrap each piece individually in plastic wrap and freeze. When thawing, heat each piece in a 600w microwave oven for 20 seconds or steam heat. Afterwards, they can be toasted for a delicious meal (^-^)
