This Roasted Cauliflower recipe is sooooo good and easy to make, it will blow your mind 🤯 See recipe below.
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower, stem and leaves removed
6-8 cups water
2 tbsp salt
Extra virgin olive oil, a good drizzle
2 tbsp maldon salt, extra for finishing
1 pomegranate
Tahini, a good drizzle.
Pomegranate molasses, a good drizzle
Preheat your oven to 475F-500F.
Boil a large pot of salted water and place the cauliflower in with the stem up. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 6-8 minutes or until tender. Remove the cauliflower and use paper towel to pat dry. Then, allow it to steam dry for about 10 minutes.
Once it's cooled down, cover the cauliflower with lots of olive oil and maldon salt. Then, put it in the oven to bake for 45 minutes. Remove once the cauliflower is charred and golden.
Finish with more olive oil, maldon salt, a drizzle of tahini and pomegranate molasses and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
