I have a tip for you. When you have a recipe that includes eggs, before cracking them into the bowl, crack them separate and then if they're good and not spoiled, then add then in. I learned that the hard way...

you dont actually need to crack each individual egg separately!! All you need to do is talk a big bowl and fill it with water and put those eggs in...if they sink then they are alright but if they remain afloat they're bad

R Khoddam dude, merengues are egg white based kinda fluffy toppings, marshmallows are fluffy but they’re made out of different things. As you can see in the video, she says they’re made with egg whites and sugar, that is legit a merengue. Marshmallow fluff has more ingredients.

I only used the frosting recipe for my s'mores cupcakes, but WOW did it turn out yummy and pretty! I also added 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, and it worked beautifully. Thanks so much for the video!
