Easy Cupcakes Recipe ( base batter):
115g (1 stick) softened Butter
2 tbsp (30g) veg Oil
2 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 cup(150g) Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 cups (210g) all purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 cup (180g) Milk
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 3/4 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder (12g)
1 tbsp Milk (15g)
1 tsp Cocoa
Red Food Coloring

This is genious! I love this concept I'm preparing a batch of 18 cupcakes and wanted to incorporate 4 different varieties. The plan was to do 4 batters while quartering the ingredient quantities, but this is so much better. I love it 😭

Thank you for this recipe! When I tried it and it came out great (made mine with almond , pistachios and coconut). The frosting was lovely too, the cream cheese made it a bit too sour for me so I added crushed peanut brittle to help it out!!! (The family loved it) Will definitely bake again🥰

I’m about to turn 40 (in fact looking for recipes for my 40th birthday cake) and have made a lot of cakes over the years… but mine are always rustic (or artistic as I like to say) looking.
