I will say this, I have learned so much about Meringues from watching your videos, Your Angel Food cake, taught me so so much, and I now swear by your techniques for ALL meringues ONLY...I am excited to try this for my S'mores cup cakes and I know it will be the perfect Marshmallow Icing! If you guys have not made his Angel food cake, let me tell you, you are missing out on the BEST Angel food cake you have EVER eaten, it is a MUST...Get your pans ( suggest buying 2 ) at walmart $8 you will never buy a store one again..Plus you really learn so much about meringue from that video...Thank you Preppy Kitchen for the best recipes, that are no fail, and so yummy! You are my go to guy! I just finished making your S'mores Cookie Cups as a test run for a party I'm hosting in a week and they are delicious! It was very easy to follow your directions and they turned out perfect. I also made your strawberry cake a couple of days ago as a test run as well and it was amazing too! Your video on making buttercream flowers made my first attempt at it look like I knew what I was doing. It turned out really pretty and tasted great! Thank you for your videos they are really good and you're a natural.

Made these today as a trial run for the Christmas cookies I’ll be making this year and they are by far the best cookies I’ve ever made it was easy and I enjoyed making them except I used a small muffin tin to make mini ones and they came out perfect HIGHLY recommend!!!

I only recently discovered Preppy Kitchen and this was the first thing I made from this channel! My son wanted these instead of cake or cupcakes for his 12th birthday party. They were a huge hit! I did cheat a little and used store bought marshmallows that we roasted lightly.

These look wonderful! Especially the marshmallow meringue lightly toasted! Also, I thought I would dispel your belief that people no longer speak on the phone. I rarely text as I think it too important to have that human connection, especially if you can’t be there in person. There is rarely a day that goes by without at least one phone call! I love my tech devices but would never allow them to infringe on my human connections! We all have different priorities. To each their own!

Oh my goodness I'm so glad you put this up because I have the most awesome tip that I am going to try before the winter ends. Of course I got this from pinterest. Make the cupcakes in the balls instead. Cover the balls with the marshmallow fluff you make. Then pierce the ball with a hot dog campfire fork. And toasted over the campfire!!! Shazam!!!!

My brother and I are both bakers, and we’re from Massachusetts. I mention this because they don’t sell torches like yours in stores which sucks, I think it’s similar to why we don’t sell fireworks. But a simple solution for us was to go to Rhode Island (next state over) and they sold mini blow torches at Walmart for like 3 bucks so now we have a compact torch for making creme brûlée doughnuts and toasting meringues!
