S'mores Cookie Cups | Preppy Kitchen

These decadent s'mores cookie cups are a must bake treat for all dessert lovers! A cinnamon-flavored cookie base made with graham crackers filled with creamy chocolate ganache, topped with toasted homemade marshmallow fluff makes for a delicious treat from scratch!
Would you say this is closer to a cupcake than a cookie???
The marshmallow fluff is actually a vegeratian version that uses corn syrup to transform meringue into that gooey treat we all love!
For those of you who haven't tried making them, cookie cups are super easy and SO versatile! Use any filling imaginable for a panoply of flavors! Apple pie, butterscotch, salted caramel even lemon curd!

How Do You Make Cookie Cups?
To make cookie cups you add cookie dough to a muffin tin, bake until done then use a cylindrical tool like a shot glass or tablespoon to create a well, which you then fill with something delicious! You can make all sorts of fillings and go wild with the flavor combinations. What you you make??

I will say this, I have learned so much about Meringues from watching your videos, Your Angel Food cake, taught me so so much, and I now swear by your techniques for ALL meringues ONLY...I am excited to try this for my S'mores cup cakes and I know it will be the perfect Marshmallow Icing! I just finished making your S'mores Cookie Cups as a test run for a party I'm hosting in a week and they are delicious! It was very easy to follow your directions and they turned out perfect. I also made your strawberry cake a couple of days ago as a test run as well and it was amazing too! Your video on making buttercream flowers made my first attempt at it look like I knew what I was doing. It turned out really pretty and tasted great! Oh my goodness I'm so glad you put this up because I have the most awesome tip that I am going to try before the winter ends. Of course I got this from pinterest. Make the cupcakes in the balls instead. Cover the balls with the marshmallow fluff you make. Then pierce the ball with a hot dog campfire fork. And toasted over the campfire!!! Shazam!!!!

These look wonderful! Especially the marshmallow meringue lightly toasted! Also, I thought I would dispel your belief that people no longer speak on the phone. I rarely text as I think it too important to have that human connection, especially if you can’t be there in person. There is rarely a day that goes by without at least one phone call! I love my tech devices but would never allow them to infringe on my human connections! We all have different priorities. To each their own!
