What size scoop do you find works well for the portions? I have just a size 60 which is about one tablespoon, which seems too small. But I'm always looking for an excuse for more stuff. ;) How many portions did you get from this two pound salmon cut? They sure do look delicious. I like the tip about the capers and the hot sauce as I would not likely have thought of that.

I tablespoon is too small, in my opinion. I use one that’s about 3 Tablespoons.
