5 lbs Fish Fillet
3 Cups Salts
Large bowl with cover
Baking sheet
Salt Fish is a staple in our home, my grandmother, grand aunts, grand uncles, cousins, mother, brothers all know the simple and traditional art of using salt to preserve fish.
This was one of most favorite meal when visiting my grand aunt at her seaside home and this video shows what I learned from her and my mother.
For best results please use fresh food, clean work areas and clean hands.
