Not usually a prob with males, in fact I see cooks using gloves in the US but the ladies in particular, my goodness. Then they say they are not cooking for us... Some ppl don't understand that "claws" have no room in the kitchen. It's a no - no for me.

My codfish is cod fish shredded, green seasonings, fresh pepper , egg , self rising flour and water to bind to a smooth texture but firm not loose. And drop in hot oil. But I like your one also. Keep doing those nice vlogs chef. I going try your Trinidad receipes. I is a bajan.🇧🇧☺👍
