How to Make SCP-914 (v2) (Part 1) - Minecraft

What is SCP-914?
SCP-914 is a large machine consisting of a central mass of clockwork flanked by two booths. An item placed inside one booth will be "refined" by the machine and come out as a new product in the other booth. A control panel displays five settings that effect the items.
In-Game:
There are 5 settings that can effect entities inside SCP-914:
1. Rough
Give highly amplified negative effects to entities inside SCP-914.
2. Coarse
Give negative effects to entities inside SCP-914.
3. 1:1
Doesn't really do anything to the entity.
4. Fine
Gives positive effect, but will also gives a negative effect to the entity.
5. Very Fine
Give highly amplified positive effects, but will also give a amplified negative effect to the entities inside SCP-914.
Oh, and also, I accidentally swapped the rough and coarse in the machine. I will fix this in the next part.

I think it won't work. Because the testforblocks command is removed from Java Edition. It's possible to make something like this in Java, but it will be far more complex.

does the @e thing work in java? bc im not sure bc @e is to teloport all entities

Kind of a year late but yeah it should work, the x=,y=z=,r= means to teleport all entities in that specific xyz and within the radius of that coordinate. So don’t worry about all mobs, armor stands, Minecraft’s, etc. in that world to teleport all at once.

Check the tp command blocks. Turn on commandblockoutput and sendcommandfeedback gamerule then see if there is any syntax error on the command blocks.
