I just made these for a church Mothers Day breakfast and they turned out awesome! The men cooked and I had never made eggs for a large group before so I used your recipe. I live alone and cook for myself but a large group scared me! My butter got a little brown in the oven but the taste and consistency turned out perfect! I had many compliments from the ladies and they are every morsel!! Thanks so much!!

I am using this recipe-tip-AMAZING kitchen hack every week. I run a training kitchen and this is a win-win for breakfasts. We have a little buffet with bacon crumbles, green onion, sour cream pico de gallo and sour cream to top off these fluffy eggs. I love it that they aren't mealy and broken apart. So good! Thank you Lynnette!

This is an awesome idea! I'm always trying to plan things for work (about 50 men who eat like horses) and we don't have a kitchen or a spacious fridge, which makes it hard to prep, store and COOK food. Scrambled egg bar sounds AWESOME!

I just used this method this morning, made a hangover breakfast for a Lord of the Rings themed birthday party for about 20 people. I was running on 1 hour sleep and it was my first time cooking more than 3 eggs at a time and it came out perfectly and was so easy. Thank you Lynnette :)

Awesome. I’m making these today only with parchment paper on the bottom.

Be careful with the parchment. Sometimes it tears due to moisture.

One of my in-laws belongs to the Elk's. They do a Mother's Day brunch. What he does is everyone does their job as in one on bacon set up for oven cooking, Another on potatoes & so on. As for the eggs a bunch of people do the cracking then in a large mixer it goes add the milk. After mixed pour through strainer in case of shells. Then in the pans & put in the over. Stirred as you said. Makes a lot fast & easy!

@@richardpalleschi4807 I love it! I'm going to use my mixer next time. I always whisk by hand which is tough on my arms. Thanks for mentioning that!
