Young Hustlers, thank you for your commitment! Three days from now, I'm turning 24 and already a year into building my Landscape business. I am adamant about dominating the Landscape Lighting market. My fiancé and I also a baby boy on the way. So I am here trying to figure out how I need to get in on Grant University. I'm tight on money but I'm not letting this opportunity to slip bye... I'm going to make it, I will make it and I'm dedicated to provide for my family, country and the world. Grant, you know who I am, because I know you. You may not know my face, but let me tell you something. The day I shake you're hand, is the day you will understand that I was right. Today alone after seeing this video, I'm now more committed because I will be investing with you, coached by you and your team! How can I get intertwined in your businesses so that we can both profit?? Looking forward to seeing you Grant! -Christopher M. Boggs Entrepreneur - Business owner

I sell residential solar door to door in Florida. My biggest issue is that people don't know enough about my product and they don't believe that they can afford it (since laws changed last year a new 30% tax credit is available as well as financing). I actually just realized what I need to do to get into more homes and close more deals. I can tweak my pitch to confront those two major obstacles before the customer has the opportunity to turn me away. Time to bang some doors.
@TheFinancialAdvocacyPodcast5 жыл бұрын
Exactly. Your product isn't really your product. It's what your product DOES and the benefits to the product is what you're selling. Introduce yourself and say "May I take a quick minute to introduce myself and what I do to help homeowners to...". That's it.

So true about interference coming when you commit, that can be demotivating sometimes, but when you commit enough times you can predict that and thus tolerate it and get productive. It's cool to heart Grant Cardone's version since he works at such a high frequency very consistently.

*Notes:* - *Selling is easy if you simply decide to become committed to it and then train for success.* Anything is hard to do when you don’t devote experience to it and don’t focus on learning how to do it. So make a pledge to yourself right now, and start experiencing what you want to do. And don’t put time into it; put experience into it. Then start focusing on learning how to do it. Commitment is the first step; training (not reading or video-watching) is the next step. ASIDE: Gaining more knowledge doesn’t mean you’ve gained training. And making a commitment doesn’t mean you now have the training to do what you’ve committed to do. You still have to train with the knowledge you possess. So after you read something or watch a video, start applying that acquired knowledge, and you will then be in training mode. So again, once you make the pledge (the commitment), the next step is to start training. Start putting in experience, not time. Then you will truly become committed and not partly committed. Quote: “This is not a sales issue. This is a greatness issue. This is not a hustle or grind issue. Everybody’s out there [saying] ‘Get the grind on! Grind. You gotta grind it out!’ No, you gotta get great is what you got to do. Drop that grind bullshit, and get some greatness. Get some ‘[Muhammad Ali]’ going (I..am..the greatest!). Get some freaking McGregor going. Get obsessed!” - Grant Cardone - *When you don’t know how to do something after realizing it’s harder than you thought, it’s time to get help from other people.* Get someone to give you guidance and to help you work on your blindspots and weak-points. That’s what Grant Cardone did. Get training and feedback from people that can help you improve. - *Start recording, documenting, and reviewing your performances, so you can get a better idea about what your real and common challenges are.* Jared what did this. He started reviewing and evaluating his calls identifying common and big problems he had. Then he started to get solutions to each of those problems. Pretty soon, he started to get better through self-evaluation, and sales also started to become more exciting for him because he quickly saw he was making real improvements through every self-evaluation. Also, this is an even better way to learn from trial and error. - *Instead of creating a little or insufficient amount of opportunities, create a massive amount of opportunities, and keep creating them.* Like Grant said, it doesn’t matter if you’re sloppy when you have enough or a large number of opportunities to take a shot at because each new opportunity will continue to give you a chance to succeed again. On top of this, you’ll also have more chances to improve, which will happen, little by little. - *Keep filling your pipeline, and keep it full.* This advice is very similar to the “create a massive amount of opportunities, and keep creating them“ tip except this advice is more about lead generation. Keep promoting and advertising yourself, so you can always have people to talk to. As Jared said, the hardest part about sales is having no one to talk to. So keep the people coming in, and keep putting yourself in front of people. This is how you keep your pipeline filled. - *Keep working on your sales process and practicing what to say. Don’t just sell.* Have a sales process. Know what to say during any stage of the sales process. Know when to bring up price. - *Learn to have and maintain a bright attitude whether you get the (close or sale) or not.* Don’t be phony when dealing with people, but learn to deal with different personalities and the different moods that people are in when you meet them. Be genuinely happy whether you get the (close or sale) or not. And don’t let their mood affect you; affect theirs. Also, for starters, realize that you’re not gonna win every opportunity you get. But regardless, continue to keep a bright attitude, keep looking sharp, keep smiling, and keep moving onto the next opportunity. Quote: “When you walk away and don’t get a sale, act the same you would if you would have [won] the sale. [...] You cannot be a sore loser when it comes to sales. [...] Never get upset about losing a deal. Because you know why? Because the game’s not over in sales! There is no end to the game.” - Grant Cardone

My advice would be to grind, pop to see your local dealership and offer to work for free for a month! Shadow the top performers, learn the trade and in the evenings read sales books and absorb sales content online (there's tons of free stuff to start you off) then after a month of working for free you should be able to be in a position to ask for a paid contract..... use your paycheck to jump on CardoneU if you feel you need it, away you go my friend! Hope this helps.

+Grant Cardone We already have at least one thing in common- Lake Charles. I live in Missouri but have ancestral ties to Lake Charles and nearby areas. Anyhow, I watch your shows since for right now I lack funds to join GCU or any of the other programs. Here's the scenario, I am in the process of finalizing recruitment into a life insurance company. I am just having to sign contracts when I get them then I will be authorized to represent the company. I have already been working on networking, accepted invitation to be in a commercial, the marketing company we are going through will also set us up with very professional business cards, and I made a commitment to make this work. I have not even start but wearing at least business casual clothes and conducting myself with the "I'm at work" mentality. I did already state I will take whatever sales training I can get from a person who is already doing well. The question I have is, is there anything else I am missing?

i'm 15 and wanting to make some money. i have a bunch of sneakers that are valuable. what are some tips to get more people interested in my shoes. i've had them posted on ebay
@Sauceyjames7 жыл бұрын
It depends on how hyped they are and if they are used. At 15 you are still young, because of laws, real estate can't hire you, with that said, doesn't mean you can't be a sign boy or trying to get your foot into the door with real estate. For ebay some people might compare shipping costs you have on there, if you can fit the sneakers that are decently padded (like 1" of padding all around" then a USPS large flat rate box is only like $17 for you or the buyer. But if it is bigger, I would have FedEx shipping as the default. UPS is expensive, and unless your shoes are $300+, I wouldn't bother. I've had laptops/computers that are niche and sometimes they don't sell until 6 months later.
