Just from watching Grants free material on KZbin I took my sales territory from 45k monthly to 335k monthly increasing my pay and forcing the company to create a new sales plan based off of my revenue increasing. That’s 8X but in my industry(industrial sales) like Grainger or Fastenal it’s not really heard of. Thanks Grant for your inspiration and knowledge. Chris

#EED - Stands for: «Everyone Eats Di**s» (Yes, the ** stands for the letters CK). The meaning is something like; You have to get through the shitty things (or bad deals/ low paid hard jobs) sometimes in business to get through tough times where you need to do what ever it takes to get money (To get food on the table when your almost bankrupt). You don't have much choices other than take any kind of job/assignment to make the ends meet (or EED for a shorter term to describe this). Everyone does it, so don't be the exception ;) What is the perfect sales process? It is the process that works for everybody! It would have to be simple. (No inteligent peoples needed to do this) Short (Peoples run out of time). Needs to be short for the seller too (So you can be able to meet more peoples/prospects). Needs to be duplicatable. Needs to fit all personaliti types Needs to fit all scenarios The 6 Ingredients the sales process must include is to be: Simple transparent truthful honest no tricks no manipulations If you can't advertise it or promote it, you shouldn't do it! (Remember you have to protect your name and reputation!) The 6 steps in the sales process is: Greet Intention Qualify Present the solution Proposal Close Time kills all deals!!! Be effective and don't waste the customers time. The sales process: You need to know this before you are approaching someone, or go to a meeting, or if it is for a KZbin video, or whatever your platform/scenario is to sell on: What do you gone open with? What's your intention? Do you qualify the room or the person’s? (Whos got your money, and who needs your product/service!) How do you present to them? What are you gonna propose? How do you close? You want to mold this into and conversation, so you don't look like a process yourself! Remember that peoples do business with people they: Like They trust Are inspired by Some examples of the sales process: 1. Greet (Should be done in less than 15 seconds) «Hi, Whats up? I am here. Thanks for having me» 2. Intention «My intention here now for the next 5 minutes (Find the time that is right for you), is to figure out if my product/service solves your problem.» 3. Qualify «Are you the decision maker?» «What is your problem, and what do you need?» «Would you like to get this problem solved?» «If i can do/solve this problem for you, would you spend (This amount of money) on me to get it solved?» 4. Solution "I will take the full responsibility to make sure this gets done" "I will do all the work" "You dont need to spend any time on this, or think about it. I will make sure it is working" "Worst case scenario, you wount pay anything if your not happy with my service/product" (Take away the risk from the customer to boost your chances to get the deal, but you need to be sure you can promise this) 5. Proposal "Are you interested in this deal?» «We can start right now, or find a good time for you to do this» «Should we do this deal right now?» (Maybe doing a special deal/offer if the customer decide to do this at once. If that is what you are looking for.) "Do you have any questions?» 6. Close Make sure you have given the customer all the information as possible/needed to make up a decision so the customer doesn't need to go on shoping in other places (Save time and energy for that person). Find the best way to increase the value of your service/product to the customer so the money will be much easier to exchange. Ask for the deal to happen. If that doesn't close, start asking questions "What are making you to not do this deal with me?» Maybe give a sample/demonstration. Worst case, maybe you need to do follow ups in the future to fully close the deal. Or maybe they can refer you to someone that maybe will need your product/Service. Remember to always make win/win deals, and to set the circumstances to make many more deals in the future!

Give them a gift as incentives to get referrals. Have different levels of gifts for different amounts of referrals. The gifts will cost you close to nothing while even if you book half the referrals and sell even half of those, you would be in profit. This starts chains of leads that branch out every appointment you go into

I'm about 5 minutes in to this video. But I wanted to say guys, I ALREADY feel so much better. I love what you do. Yesterday, I had a really tough day. I'm in the process of developing a sales process for a very niche sale, and things are getting a little sweaty. I was discouraged, unmotivated, and disappointed. Seeing your guys' energy reminds me that I'm capable. Regardless of what happens, things are only as disabling as you allow them to be. Thanks for inspiring me and ACTUALLY helping.

Best video of his/theirs that I have watched to date! Light-bulb moment . . . followed by a slap to the back of the head - duh! So simple, rational and logical yet most of us are NOT prepared; we do NOT have a game plan! And therefore we are inconsistent at winning. No more!

Thanks for your time on the call yesterday. My intention now again is to ask about referrals and what methods you've used to obtain referrals.
