Yes indeed. I stopped using hair grease and experienced so much breakage and shedding. I must admit I got caught up in the no poo co-wash movement and realistically it just didn’t work for me. Since switching back to some tried and true product my hair is thriving and growing once again. Bottom line: do what works best for YOU!

The blue Blue Magic. I used to braid my friend’s hair every 1-2 weeks and he would bring BM to grease his scalp. His hair grew longer and longer and stayed healthy. If anything, it’s probably best to add essential oils and herbs to the BM and let that be it.
