Extremely informative. I'm planning on building a board this summer. For your skis, do you know how much sag was in the rocker portion of the skis (tip and tail) if any at all. Also how well did the clamping method work out for you? Did you experience any inconsistencies or delamination this past season?

I'm sorry I never saw this comment, my tip and tails actually had 0 sag but I had a 100% camber ski, since the rocker portion of the ski is a shorter than what is typically the camber portion, I'd assume a half cm of sag.

how do you make the template

I used a program on my laptop like Google sketch up, made a part that looked like the template in there and then printed this page out to a 2d drawing of a custom paper size. I finally took this drawing of the part to a printing shop where it cost a few dollars in order to have the page printed on that size paper
