I just found your Chanel and it’s AMAZING!! I hate shredding too, so I put the meat (chicken, beef or pork) in a taller sided bowl and use the electric hand beater that you’d use for cake mix and you’ll be amazed!! NO MORE HAND SHREDDING 🙌

Just found your channel and watched some of your videos. You are amazing :-) - I love Mexican food. I’m going to give this sauce a go. Although it is very difficult in the Netherlands to find Mexican peppers beside the jalapeño in jars which taste sour and not spicy at all I have to put some other chilies in like ajuma or madame Jeanette. Of course it doesn’t come close to the flavors the Mexican chiles have, but, you row with the oars you have right :-) - thanks for making these amazing videos and I’m going to try out a lot of your recipes. Like you, I hated shredding chicken, so one day my sister showed me a short cut. Put your cooked breast's in a bowl and use a regular hand mixer and it will shred perfectly every time. It's a little tough at first but once the breast's start shredding it goes pretty quickly....and it's a little easier to do when their room temperature. I hope this helps. I LOVE you ladies!!!!
