Best Beef Wet Burritos with My 5 Star Enchilada Sauce / Step by Step ❤️

These EASY BEEF WET BURRITOS will be one of the best you’ll ever have. The combination of these tacos with my 5 Star Enchilada Sauce is just out of this world delicious. I used Rib eye steak as a filler because it’s so tender and delicious, but you can use your favorite cut of beef. Once you get all your ingredients together everything just moves so smoothly, you can add, replace or minus any ingredient in this recipe to make it just right for you and your family. 1 1/2 lbs Ribeye steak ( small pieces)
1/2 C. Chopped onions
1/2 C. Diced Orange Bell pepper
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
1 1/2 Tbsp oil

1 Tbsp Cooking oil
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp ground Cumin
3 C. Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
2 tsp Tomato paste
1/2 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Chicken Bouillon (correction)

Refried beans
Mexican rice

@HundredsAnd100s There is a book that was life changing for me when I was suffering from depression, along with God helping me. The book is called Telling Yourself the Truth by William Backus and Marie Chapian. It’s an older book, but very good. You might be able to find it at your local library or have them borrow it for you from another library. If you follow the teachings in the book, you will have a lot of skills to help climb out of the hole. Also, every day do something different that you haven’t been doing. If you are staying in your bed all day, get up and sit in the living room. If you are staying in your pajamas, get dressed. If you are staying in your house, go outside and walk down the block. Just change something, a little here and a little there, whatever you can manage. Mental health can be very hard to learn, but it is possible. I haven’t been in a hole of depression for many years, you can do it!

I’ve been using Gebharts for over 50 years. No other ever considered. Once eons ago I cooked out of town for friends and they had Mexana chili pepper and my recipe didn’t taste at all like the usual. I was embarrassed because a few kids asks their mom ‘so we have to eat this?’ That incident burned a hole in my brain. Mortified!!

Rachel these Wet Beef Burritos are Amazing! Your Enchilada Sauce is incredible. I prepped all the ingredients then made the enchilada sauce as you directed. My hubby cooked the meat mixture and toasted the burritos on our Blackstone griddle. I then dressed the burritos with sauce, topped with a little bit of Fiesta Blend cheese, and finished under the broiler. These burritos were better then a restaurant and I can’t wait to use the sauce in more recipes.
