Mrs.Mae Mae, oh my goodness you made me sooo hungry . I fry my chicken 🍗 completely done just like you chop my onions 🧅 small too , use those drippings browned that flour completely. Sometimes I use chicken broth if I have it if not I just use water. I was waiting on you to cook that pot of rice and maybe make some good old grape Kool-Aid just like when I was a little girl.NYE when you cut that chicken 🍗 open!! my mouth just watered wish I could have been in your kitchen to eat it and sop that good ole gravy.Keep cooking ole school , always the best that’s why I love watching the older cooks we do it more towards the way our Mom’s did and Lords knows you can’t go wrong .
