This was awesome. Every Jamaican uses the browning and soy sauce on stews including beef and pork. And that woooochester 😀sauce is good also. My sides are the collards and yellow (saffron) rice. I will definitely try this method. It’s an upgrade.

Your turkey wings look great. Can you make the necks the same way? Do you make chicken feet, pig feet, pig ears, chicken gizzards, chicken hearts and livers. Also do you do frog legs.
