Agreed, this can be made on special occasions, but can I use the same recipe with atta & get the same results, a soft roti/paratha?

Yes, you can absolutely use atta (whole wheat flour) instead of maida! However, atta tends to make the roti/paratha slightly denser. To keep it soft and fluffy, you can: Add a little more water while kneading to ensure a soft dough. Add a tablespoon of yogurt or milk for extra softness. Let the dough rest for at least 30-40 minutes before rolling. Try it and let us know how it turns out! 😊

হ্যাঁ, রুটি বেলে ফ্রিজে সংরক্ষণ করা সম্ভব। তবে কিছু বিষয় খেয়াল রাখা জরুরি: 1. প্রতিটি রুটির মাঝখানে প্লাস্টিক শিট বা তেল মাখানো কাগজ দিন যাতে তারা একে অপরের সাথে লেগে না যায়। 2. একসাথে একটি এয়ারটাইট ব্যাগ বা কন্টেইনারে রাখুন। 3. রান্না করার আগে ফ্রিজ থেকে বের করে কিছুক্ষণ রুম টেম্পারেচারে রেখে দিন। এভাবে করলে রুটির টেক্সচার ঠিক থাকবে। 😊
