Awwww Nora is so cute apologizing for getting messy. That's the best part of baking, in my opinion.

You are so talented with the bread making. Will you come to my house and make these for me the next time your're in Chicago? lol I live near South Bend, IN.

I really do need to get another starters, I've killed two different ones after awhile when I get very busy and stop feeding it. I miss making (and eating) sourdough. I bought my starter both times from King Arthur, but I think after the holidays I will try to make my own starter, I believe you had a video on how to do that . My Costco just recently started carrying that flour. The bread recipe on the back of the bag is good. Joan, her you tube channel is RiseandShineSuburbanHomestead made the bread recipe on the bag in one of her videos, so I wanted to giver credit where due. She makes the back of bag recipe and makes it in her 13" pullman bread pan .... she weighs out 1050 grams of the dough for her pullman pan and it leaves her enough dough leftover that she made into dinner rolls. In her video she says she needed to do the math to cut the recipe back so it's just enough for the pullman pan but I love that it's enough for both the pullman pan and you get 10 dinner rolls too. I love to bake and freeze the dinner rolls so I can just defrost and bake up on nights I don't have time to make any bread product for dinner.

What time do you start your sourdough to leave it overnight ?
